David Weiss22:23 20 Jul 23They have taken good care of my used Audi A5, after I gave up trying to work with the dealer service dept due to delays, poor communication, etc. Black Forest has stuck to their promises on time-frames, got things fixed the first time, and taken time to patiently answer my questions. All for fees I consider reasonable for this type of car. They were friendly, transparent, and easy going. It can be hard to find good BMW mechanics and I do believe these folks are the real deal. They are true professionals and only recommended the services I needed and followed up with a complete report, including really good photos. They are the ONLY people I have work on my 03' Porsche 911 C4S. Super professional, spot on with estimates and always upfront with you and do super work you don't worry about. That's pretty hard to find in any type of business. If you haven't already, give them a shot. Thanks!
